deb-gview software package provides GNOME viewer for .deb package files and contents, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install deb-gview
deb-gview is installed in your system.
Make ensure the deb-gview package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep deb-gview *
You will get with deb-gview package name, version, architecture and description in a table
